KS1 Science - Plants

As part of their Science topic on plants this term, Pippin went on a plant hunt in our school grounds on Tuesday afternoon. They used ID sheets to help identify plants and recorded their findings by drawing a picture of a plant of their choice, adding labels using their scientific vocabulary. They will continue to learn about plants for the rest of this term, eventually learning about deciduous and evergreen trees and observing how bulbs and seeds grow into mature plants. It's the perfect weather for it!
